By submitting a participation application, the Competitor represents and warrants that:

it undertakes to comply with the rules and regulations of the competition
the competing racing car corresponds to the technical regulations of the respective class
the Competitor shall be liable for the loss of or damage to the timing transponder
the Competitor understands that participating in motorsports competitions poses a hazard for their life and health as well as the equipment to be used, but nevertheless agrees to participate in the competitions at its own liability. The Promoter, Organizer of Baltic Racing Series competitions, the team members of the Organizer, the track owner and the team members of the track owner shall not be liable for any possible accidents and the consequences thereof. The Competitor shall discharge the aforesaid persons from any liability for any losses that may occur during the Competition
